- Nitish Garg is a Nov 2014 Qualified Chartered Accountant; after qualifying the Chartered Accountant Exam , he began his Journey with the Ecommerce startup. After working there for 2 years he joined the Chartered Accountancy Firm where he learned the CA Practice ,Team and Client management Skills. Thereafter he moved to his Full Practice.
- He has 9 years of Post Qualification Experience in the areas of financial reporting, direct taxation, indirect Taxation, GST, Corporate Consultancy, audit and assurance function etc.
- In his professional journey, He has worked for various clients such as startups , Manufacturing entities , Service providers and Fintech. He has been Part of Internal Audit team of Various clients and advise them in their finance functions.
- In his professional Journey forward, He engaged himself in the filed of Direct and Indirect taxation where he consult the clients into GST Legal matters , taxation Legal matters and advise them on international Taxation also.

- Priyanka Bhardwaj is a Qualified Chartered Accountant since 2016, after qualifying the Chartered Accountant Exam , She began her Journey as a Audit, Taxation and Accounting Head with Chartered Accountancy Firm where She gain the skills in filed of financial reporting, direct taxation, GST, Roc, internal, GST, Tax & statutory audit and accounting. She has total experience of more than 7 years.
- Currently She is associated with NSPG & Co LLP as a Part Time COP Holder and consult NSPG & Co LLP in the matter of Direct Tax and Indirect Tax.
- She is along side ,Currently working as Accounts manager with a public limited company Where she is handling Taxation Legal aspects.
Rahul Aggarwal

- Rahul has 8 years of vast experience with him in financial reporting, MIS, Budgeting, Treasury Management, Audit Compliances, direct taxation, International Taxation, Indirect taxation , GST, internal audit & statutory audit and accounting etc.
- He also has hands-on experience in consolidation accounting and financial statement under Ind AS and erstwhile accounting standards.
- In his professional journey, Rahul has worked with FreeCharge as a part of financial reporting team. He has also worked with many startups into FinTech, IT/ITES, SAAS, Manufacturing, etc. as a member of their finance team and handled investor reporting as well.
- Rahul possesses sharp technical knowledge of Direct and Indirect taxation and assists various clients in tax planning and regulatory compliance. He has undertaken various financial & tax health check assignments of firms and advised clients on best accounting & compliance practices.
- Rahul has vast experience in supporting various companies in their statutory audit and revenue reporting. He has hands-on experience in setting up a revenue reconciliation model for a fintech company.
- Rahul has experience in preparing revenue pipelines in line with investor and client expectations.
Sunil Malik

- Sunil Malik is a has 10 years of vast post qualification experience with him in Assurance, Taxation, Appeal, Litigation Statutory Audit, Tax Audit , GST Compliance ,etc. He is the proprietor of the firm who has established this firm in 2017.
- He has a vast experience in income tax matters and has been handling scrutiny cases and regularly appears for appeals and tribunals, GST litigation
- Apart from that, he has been conducting Statutory & Tax Audit, Internal Audit of Large & Medium Scale Limited Companies. Moreover, he has also carried out Bank Audit and provided services and consultancy in the field of accounts, income tax & company law matters
- He has been playing an active part in assisting entities with GST implementation and restructuring their business model to minimise the financial impact of GST and maximise the benefits of it.

Himanshu Bisht is an Accountant
In NSPG & Co. LLP, associated with the firm for more than 1 year. He is pursuing graduation from Delhi university. He has a wide knowledge in Tally, Accounting, Book Keeping, Accounts Maintenance and GST Filing. He is a hardworking and positive attitude person.
Nilika Lohani is a trainee
In N S P G & Co. LLP, she is a CMA Student qualified CMA inter Group 1 and awaiting the result of 2nd Group. She has completed her graduation with distinction from Munger University Bihar. Along with strong academic Background, she is gaining practical knowledge in the field of Accounting, Taxation (Direct and Indirect Tax) and Auditing.
Sandeep is a new entrant
In the NSPG & Co. LLP, hired on the position of Accountant. He is maintaining his focus on Tally and Accounting. He is graduate from the Delhi University. He is an optimistic person, a young leg, engaged himself to get skills in this field.
